Parent Portal Instructions

How do I Sign up for classes online?

  • Go to www.cpagymnastics.com and click on PARENT LOG IN in the upper right hand corner

  • If you are new to CPAG click on create new account.

  • If you are already a member (or have been a member within the last two years) click on forgot password

  • Once you are logged in click on students and add your child, or if your child is already in the system click on enroll in classes

  • Pick the class and click on enroll now / select your child to enroll / then hit continue enrollment

  • Add to cart / proceed to check out or add another class

  • Click on continue

  • Put in your credit card information and save it for auto pay

  • Click on process payment

 

 

Can I just put in my credit card information or add a new credit card?

  • Go to www.cpagymnastics.com and click on PARENT LOG IN in the upper right hand corner

  • If you are new to CPAG click on create new account

  • If you are already a member (or have been a member within the last two years) click on forgot password

  • Once you have your password sign in to the portal

  • Click on manage payment options on the left hand side and put in your credit card information and save for auto pay

How do I make a payment on my account?

  • Go to www.cpagymnastics.com and click on PARENT LOG IN in the upper right hand corner

  • Log into your account

  • Click on make a payment on the left hand side and select the charge that you would like to pay

  • Select auto pay under form of payment and click on make payment

How do I watch the live stream?

We do have live feeds available for your child's class. This can be found after you log into your portal. 

Upon logging into the Customer Portal, click on the “Watch Live” option from the Customer Portal dashboard or Mobile App to select the stream to view. The Customer Portal will only display streams linked to the Program and/or Level the child is enrolled in, and only during your child’s class time. If no active live streams are found, "No Live Streams Found" will be displayed in place of the "Select a Stream" option. After selecting a stream, the video will launch. Expect about a 20-30 second delay between live and what is viewable in the Customer Portal.
