"Where flipping is fun!"
Recreational Classes
CPAG makes gymnastics an enjoyable activity for everyone.

Whether you are a high school cheerleader or just learning your first cartwheel- we
have a class for you.

Our friendly environment and well-trained staff has helped hundreds of young boys
and girls with their self-confidence and athletic ability. From football players to
ballerinas- gymnastics provides developmental learning tools for boys and girls of all
ages.

Whatever your skill level, you will learn something from your class at CPAG.
Girl's Beginner

Offers an introduction to gymnastics on
trampoline and the four Olympic events- vault,
uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.

You will work through a series of levels at a safe
pace and in a positive atmosphere.

Individual progress is rewarded and
self-confidence encouraged.
Boy's "Mighty Muscles"
(Grade 1 and up)

Using gymnastics skills, tumbling and
trampoline, this class is geared toward physical
ability training.

Boys will work through an individual
goal-oriented program to increase strength,
flexibility, agility and overall coordination.

This class is great preparation for all sports.
Girl's Intermediate

A class for girls with previous experience in
gymnastics.

This class offers more time in the gym to
develop more advanced skills.

Students must be recommended by a CPAG
instructor to enroll.
Super Saturday
(Girl's Grade 1 and up)

Students attend class for three hours and
practice a combination of dance, gymnastics
and group gymnastics (which includes stunting
and partner skills).
Girl's Advanced

Developed for the advanced gymnast, students
must be able to do a round-off back-handspring
without a spot to enroll.

Also, you must have a recommendation from a
CPAG instructor.
Tumbling and Trampoline
(Ideal for Cheerleaders)

This class is specific for students interested in
tumbling.

Trampoline is incorporated because it is a
good, safe method for teaching many tumbling
skills.

Beginner and advanced classes are offered.

Students must be able to do a round-off
back-handspring without a spot to enroll.
