FROM THE WEST --- Pa. Turnpike EAST to exit #226, I-81/US-11 exit, towards Carlisle/Harrisburg.
Follow US – 11/Harrisburg Pike for about 1.5 miles. Stay in the left lane and look for signs to Rt. 81
N. Turn left onto the entrance ramp Rt. 81 North. Follow Rt. 81 for about 7 miles. Take exit #59, PA-
581 east. Follow for about 2 miles. Exit Rt. 581 at exit #3, Carlisle Pike. At the traffic light at the end
of the exit, go straight through the light, and make the first left into Gateway Square Shopping Plaza.
The gym is straight ahead, with a purple awning.
FROM THE EAST --- Pa Turnpike West to exit #247, I-283/PA 283 exit towards Harrisburg/Hershey.
Merge onto I-283 N. Follow for about 2.5 miles. Take the I-83 S. exit towards Harrisburg. Follow for
about 4.5 miles. Look for signs for RT. 581. Take exit 41A(not really an exit, you just stay straight)
which is Rt. 581 W. Follow for about 5 miles. Exit Rt. 581 at Carlisle Pike, exit 3. At the traffic light at
the end of the exit, go straight through the light, and make the first left into Gateway Square Shopping
Plaza. The gym is straight ahead, with a purple awning.
FROM THE NORTH OR SOUTH—Take 81 to Exit 59-(East to Rts. 581 & 11 Camp Hill). Then take
Exit 3 (11 South & Carlisle Pike). At the traffic light at the end of the exit, go straight through the light,
and make the first left into Gateway Square Shopping Plaza. The gym is straight ahead, with a purple
awning.
